To take action to respond to other members in order to complete the service case, you need to click one of the following links:
► | Cancel: if you cancel the service request from customer for some reason, the case is fully closed. |
► | Service call: want service company to do service on behalf of you, the case goes to service company working list. |
► | Report to supplier: want supplier to take care, the case goes to supplier working list. |
► | Solve by retailer: solve by yourself, no supplier or service company involved, the case goes to yourself working list. |
► | Parts ready: parts are ready and the case goes to service company working list. |
► | Finish: the case is fully completed. |
