To take action to respond to other members in order to complete the service case, you need to click one of the following links:
| ► | Cancel: If service request from retailer is canceled, the case goes to retailer working list. |
| ► | Service call: want service company to do service on behalf of you, the case goes to service company working list. |
| ► | Exchange: If the product needs to be exchanged, retailer will be notified and the case goes to retailer working list. |
| ► | Return: If the product needs to be returned, retailer will be notified and the case goes to the retailer working list. |
| ► | Warehouse repair: If the the product needs to be repaired at the warehouse, retailer will be notified and the case goes to the retailer working list. |
| ► | Supplier's credit: is the amount equal to the service cost incurred and to be applied to the next purchase from the supplier. |
| ► | Supplier's technician: Supplier will send his own technician to do customer service. |
| ► | Parts ready: parts are ready and the case goes to service company working list. |
